• Job Summary
• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
• Aviation Parts Room Stock Clerk
• to support warehouse and inventory operations. In this role, you will receive, stock, track, and issue aircraft parts while maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate has warehouse or inventory experience, strong organizational skills, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Responsibilities
• + Pull, stage, and issue aircraft parts using pick tickets and inventory reports + Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory + Perform cycle counts and inventory audits + Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory/ERP system + Assist mechanics and production teams with parts requests + Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation + Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations + Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safety compliant + Follow company safety and aviation quality standards •Qualifications•+ High School Diploma or GED + Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory control, or material handling experience + Experience with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation + Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems + Bilingual in English and Spanish + Strong attention to detail and organization + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift •Preferred Qualifications•+ Aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or MRO experience + Experience handling aircraft parts + ERP or inventory management software experience •Benefits•+ •100% Employer-Paid Medical Coverage•+ •Paid Holidays•+ •Short-Term & Long-Term Disability•+ •401(k) with 2% Company Contribution•+ •Stable, team-oriented work environment•+ •Growth opportunities•
