Capital Markets Associate -
AI Location:
Miami, FL (preferred), Denver, CO, or New York, NY About our
Client:
Our client is a fast-growing, profitable technology company operating at the intersection of AI infrastructure and capital markets. They are building a new investment model for GPU clusters - the backbone of AI compute - creating an opportunity for investors to directly own and monetize the infrastructure powering the AI revolution. This is a unique chance to join a team that is institutionalizing a new asset class in one of the fastest-growing sectors globally.
Job Responsibilities:
Originate and execute structured transactions for GPU cluster investments Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, funds, and family offices Design and negotiate investment structures that maximize returns while mitigating risk
Ideal Candidate:
1+ years in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, or similar (data center/GPU, energy, or other asset-heavy sectors preferred) Deep financial modeling fluency and the ability to simplify complexity for non-experts Experience with debt financing, fund operations, or investor relations; SPV/fund launch background is a plus Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA/MS welcomed (STEM profile valued) Startup DNA - comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
