Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and well-stocked shelves, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. Your energy and organizational skills will help create a seamless shopping experience for our customers while supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse and retail operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in inventory management, merchandising, and warehouse logistics within a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage inventory levels through accurate stock replenishment, stocking, and merchandising of products across the store or warehouse. Utilize RF scanners and other inventory control tools to track product movement and ensure stock accuracy. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to load, unload, and transport goods safely. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading shipments efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Support retail sales by organizing produce, packaging items, and maintaining clean shelves to enhance visual appeal. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, guiding shoppers, and supporting sales initiatives. Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and organization of storage areas to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members on stocking schedules, inventory audits, and merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation. Handle heavy lifting safely during stock transfers or restocking activities while adhering to safety protocols. Support cashiering duties as needed, including scanning items and assisting with checkout processes. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail stocking roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology. Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred) and pallet jacks safely. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control tasks. Effective communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with produce or grocery store environments is advantageous. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, merchandising techniques, and retail math concepts. Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse or store setting. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Pay:
$21.93 - $26.41 per hour
