Summary:
At Chick-fil-A, Team Leaders are responsible for the execution of daily shifts, ensuring operational efficiency and guest experience. As a Team Leader, you will be the contact for team members and assist in resolving guest concerns. A Team Leader ensures all team members are adhering to operational standards and assists in resolving guest concerns. Team Leaders focus on optimizing team performance, developing team members, and enhancing the guest experience.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous leadership experience preferred; Chick-fil-A leadership experience preferred Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to mentor and develop others Management and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50lbs Communication skills (Verbal/Written)
Job Duties:
Maintain operational standards and ensure adherence to food safety requirements. Lead by example, adhering to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures. Coach team members on policies and procedures to create a work environment for everyone. Foster a collaborative team environment. Communicate shift goals and expectations to team members. Ensure shift execution by quickly recognizing and resolving operational bottlenecks and/or operational issues. Assist in resolving guest concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction. Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts. Deliver meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick-up area. Maintain and lead in cleanliness of your work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms and (play area for children) at all times. Stock sauces, cups, lids, ice, etc. as needed to maintain throughout shift. Open or close the restaurant in a punctual manner. Communicate shift related issues to senior leadership in a timely manner. Participate in team leader meetings. Support and develop team members, recognizing potential for growth. Assist in team member training and development. Participate in a structured development program designed to prepare leaders for advanced responsibilities. Engage in development opportunities that lead to Director and Multi-Unit leadership roles.
Work Schedule:
The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing shift) Part-Time and Full-Time available Weekends and Evenings as needed
Salary:
$16 - $19 per hour
