Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

8 Sunrise, FL Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications High school diploma or GED POS systems Full Job Description Position Stockist Job responsibilities As a Fendi Stockist, you will support the store leadership team with shipping and receiving merchandise, stockroom organization, inventory control, and housekeeping activities. In partnership with the team, the Stockist participates in the replenishment process to ensure outstanding customer service and product placement.
Responsibilities:
Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise. Prepare merchandise for shipping and ensure accurate packaging and wrapping is in place. Supervise UPS log and track packages. Arrange hand deliveries. Report any damaged merchandise to management. Arrange merchandise in the stock area to top store standards. Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored as per company policy. Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation. Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with the store leadership. Prepare the store for inventory; store should be inventory ready at all times. Build IAF. Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate. Assist in the repair cycle by taking initiative to connect with clients to return merchandise back to them. Order supplies for the store. Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures. Clean sales floor and stock area. Follow all Health and Safety guidelines. Profile Minimum 2-4 years professional experience in retail or customer experience, luxury experience preferred Minimum High School Diploma Stock control and selling experience Strong organizational skills Strong drive for results Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a team environment Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions Ability to lift boxes / weight up to 25lbs Foreign language skill is a plus Must have flexible availability, some nights, weekends, and holidays Additional information At our Maison, we offer a generous benefits package including medical insurance, bonus structure, paid time off, holiday pay, 401k, automatic employee contribution, and more.
