Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked with retail products, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Your energetic approach will help create a seamless shopping experience for customers and support the overall productivity of our retail environment. Responsibilities Stock shelves and display areas with retail store products, ensuring accurate placement and organization Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory records, and reporting discrepancies Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments, verifying shipment accuracy, and preparing items for storage or sale Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and retail space to promote safety and efficiency Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and replenishing stock as needed Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product location and answering questions in multiple languages if applicable Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, and material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools Ability to lift heavy loads safely following proper lifting practices; manual handling skills required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising, shipping & receiving procedures, and grocery store operations is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols at all times Join our team to be part of a vibrant environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
