Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and customer-friendly warehouse environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of materials, support retail operations, and ensure that products are stocked, maintained, and ready for sale. Duties Stock shelves and displays with retail store products, ensuring accurate placement and organization according to merchandising standards Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management systems, and reporting discrepancies Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments, verifying shipment accuracy, and maintaining shipping documentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency Support packaging tasks for outgoing products and prepare items for shipment or storage Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about product locations or stock availability in a friendly manner Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock control procedures Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory control tasks Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Knowledge of safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques to prevent injuries during heavy lifting tasks Experience working in fast-paced environments like grocery stores or retail outlets is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while ensuring our store remains well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
