Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently using inventory management systems and RF scanners to track product locations and quantities Load and unload shipments with a forklift or pallet jack, ensuring safe handling of heavy items Maintain accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and organizing stockroom areas Assist in merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and restocking displays Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing packages, verifying shipments, and updating records Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, helping locate products, and maintaining a clean store environment Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning shelves, organizing stock areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Experience Prior warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is advantageous Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools safely Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience working in grocery stores or retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
