Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare, assemble, and organize floor samples according to company standards and customer specifications Inspect samples for accuracy, quality, and appearance prior to distribution Label, tag, and package samples correctly to ensure proper identification and tracking Maintain accurate sample inventory and report shortages or discrepancies Pull and stage samples for internal departments, showrooms, or customer requests Ensure samples are clean, presentable, and ready for display or shipment Follow sample handling and quality guidelines to prevent damage or loss Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with sample rework, repairs, or updates as needed Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding priorities and deadlines Follow all safety policies and company procedures Support production, fabrication, or warehouse teams as needed
