09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description Provide primary care services including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Perform comprehensive physical exams and preventive screenings. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions . Prescribe medications and therapies within state and federal guidelines. Counsel patients on lifestyle changes, wellness, and disease prevention. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records (EMR). Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic protocols. Provide patient education and ensure continuity of care. Job Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Georgia. Current certification by
AANP/ANCC
(NPs) or NCCPA (PAs). Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program. Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain).
BLS/ACLS
certification (required or within 90 days of hire). Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
