Full Job Description Job Summary:

Waikiki Trolley is looking for a friendly and reliable Boarding Assistant to assist with checking trolley tickets and verifying JCB cardholders. This role requires availability on holidays and weekends .

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests boarding the trolley. Check and validate trolley tickets. Verify JCB cardholders. Provide guests with basic information about trolley routes and schedules. Ensure a smooth and efficient loading process. Communicate with drivers and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be available on holidays and weekends.
