County Market Self Check Out (SCO) Attendant Pittsfield, IL Apply Share Apply Share SUMMARY The responsibilities of the Self Check Out Attendant includes supervising the self-checkouts, assisting customer in processing orders, including cashiering and loss prevention. The Self Check Out Attendant also responds to complaints with genuine concern.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction Learns and uses the GUEST program Greet Customers. Be sincere Use a smile. Project a friendly manner Engage the customer in casual conversation Show respect toward customer's purchases Thank them Maintains customer satisfaction by providing solutions to concerns Assists and watches the Self Check Out registers Assists in performing product scanning and processing of customer's orders in an accurate, efficient, and prompt manner. Ensures proper handling of all forms of tender and coupons. Performs fixed activities as assigned by supervisor Directs customer traffic. Assists with any pricing issue. Assists with register maintenance, cleaning and replenishing supplies Follows all store and department policies and procedures. Follows safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by supervisor
