Full Job Description Role Overview:

This position involves independently preparing, packaging, displaying, and stocking meat products to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The role contributes to the store's financial success and adheres to safety and food safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce meat products according to plan Package, label, and merchandise meat items following planograms Stock backroom with rotating and dating products Notify management of supply needs Collaborate with team members across departments to support store growth Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience standards Perform additional tasks as assigned, including tasks in other departments if necessary

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED (preferred) At least one year of retail or related experience (preferred) Basic mathematical skills and ability to interpret documents Attention to detail and ability to communicate tasks clearly

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like bending and twisting. The environment includes varied temperatures and moderate noise levels.
