Market Attendant (IN, Jeffersonville)IN, Jeffersonville About the Role Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, committed to delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance the customer experience. We are seeking a Traveling Location Attendant to represent Five Star across client breakrooms by ensuring products are fully stocked, fresh, and beautifully displayed. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, well-organized spaces, building strong customer relationships, and delivering consistent, high-quality service. You'll be the face of Five Star — keeping breakrooms stocked with the snacks, drinks, and coffee products that fuel our customers' days while upholding the standards that set Five Star apart. Key Responsibilities + Rotate between client breakrooms to restock and properly display beverages, coffee products, snacks, fresh food, condiments, and sundries in accordance with company plan-o-gram and promotional standards. + Rotate between customer locations as necessary. + Replenish and rotate stock across coolers, shelves, coffee racks, and vending machines following first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures in both client locations and storerooms. + Inspect and remove products that are at or approaching their best
  • by date prior to each service visit.
+ Clean and maintain coffee machines, vending machines, and surrounding stations, including floors; empty coffee grounds and filters regularly. + Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs, theft, vandalism, or inventory shortages to management. + Provide frontline customer service by actively listening to and resolving client complaints. Required Qualifications + High school diploma/ GED. + Must be able to lift 50 pounds. + Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift. + A valid state of residence driver's license and a good driving r ecord. + Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
