What You'll Do:

Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays. Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments. Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service. Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities. Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution. Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly. Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region Depending on the specific position, a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a Department of Motor Vehicles check may be required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder. Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.
