You'll lead a team of up to 20 associates, keep daily returns processing on schedule, and be the go-to person as SOPs are built out for each client. You'll report directly to the GM.What You'll DoLead a team of up to 20 associates in the returns departmentFollow customer instructions and report all nonconformanceWork with Customer Service on invoicing and billing inquiriesTrack labor as needed for invoicing to specific clientsWork closely with leadership as SOPs are developed for each clientWork closely with the Customer Service team to ensure returns are processed dailyLocate HOT requests via tracking numbers and pull those forwardDevelop a strategy to ensure all inbound returns packages are processed in a timely mannerRevamp the flow of the returns area as neededReport issues as they ariseChampion safety and lead by exampleWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in a warehouse environmentExperience with OMS (Order Management Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)RF scanner experience, including inventory put-aways once returns are processedExperience with RMAs and the overall returns process a big plusComputer literate with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication skills and able to lead a teamDetail-oriented and highly organizedData-driven, able to meet deadlines and daily production goalsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionTeam player who works well with other supervisors and floor associatesStrong sense of urgency and ownership of the departmentBilingual requiredWhy BESTAFFAt BESTAFF, we match great people with great opportunities.
