Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier, Sales Associate, and Stocker, where you'll be the friendly face that enhances the shopping experience for our customers. Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are appealingly presented Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist in inventory management through stocking, organizing backstock, and participating in regular stock counts Use phone etiquette skills to answer customer calls promptly and professionally, providing information or directing inquiries appropriately Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory counts Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise in a lively environment.
