In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, handling merchandise, and supporting store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Duties Receive, unload, and process shipments using material handling equipment. Stock Bins in the backroom areas efficiently, maintaining proper product placement and organization aligned with company standards. Conduct inventory management activities including stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock levels. Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to safe lifting practices for heavy or manual handling tasks. Assist in ensuring product is secure. Support store efficiency by stocking merchandise, cleaning bins for more product while maintaining safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members across departments such as retail sales, customer service, and maintenance to ensure smooth store operations. Use multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse team members or customers when needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate material handling equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and stand for extended periods. Basic math skills for inventory counting, retail math calculations, and shipping documentation. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse teams or customers. Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising practices, and grocery store operations is advantageous. A proactive attitude with a focus on safety practices in warehouse operations.
