A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Job Description Please Note- 1st Shift (Days) 5am-5pm
Purpose:
The Dry End Lead Extra functions as the backup for the Dry End Group Lead, assists in startups and shutdowns, and ensures the line runs efficiently by managing the treadmill area, saws, slitters, trim choppers, and film winders.
Qualifications:
Internal certification in safe use of forklifts Internal certification in safe use of overhead cranes Internal certification in use of trash compactor Ability to use utility knife and common hand tools safely Ability to read tape measure with decimal and fraction scale Ability to use a micrometer thickness gauge and barcol tester Ability to use line equipment control Ability to use basic math skills Ability to use Microsoft Windows and KBM Certified in
Panel Checker Primary Functions:
Assist the Group Lead in setting up the lines for startups, including trim boards, trim guides, trim saws or slitters, and counters Assist the Group Lead in completing all reports and forms in a timely manner, including production recaps, inspection reports, real time reject entries, cut down forms, and coil maps Communicate effectively to the wet end and the packaging department to ensure efficient operation Make frequent line adjustments, including spring wheel and sensor eye placement, to ensure the panel continues to run straight on-line Monitor the trim width and communicate any issues to the Dry and Wet End Lead Operators Notify the Dry End Lead of any correction marks on the panel Monitor splices to ensure the film does not pull apart Manages the trim choppers and disposes of all trim when the dumpsters are full Maintain acceptable 5S standards for the Dry End of the lines Provide necessary support on the line wherever needed when issues arise as directed by the Shift Supervisor or the Group Lead Compensation details: 25 Hourly Wage
