Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stocker to join our vibrant retail team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and fully stocked shelves, ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise throughout the store. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail experience while contributing to a lively, customer-focused atmosphere. Duties Stock shelves efficiently. Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Maintain accurate inventory control. Assist with packaging, labeling, and merchandising of produce and grocery items Support shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage of goods Provide excellent customer service by helping shoppers locate products and answering their questions Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by performing routine maintenance and sanitation tasks Requirements Prior warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and cleanliness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about retail operations, enjoy working in a team environment, and thrive on keeping shelves stocked with quality products!
