Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented stockroom clerk who will provide service and support to production, engineering, and sales with focus on maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring quality standards, and suporting 100% customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Duties:
Pick, organize, and prepare components for production jobs. Assemble kits according to work orders and bills of materials (BOMs) Verify part numbers, quantities and revisions. Ensure kits are complete and delivered to production on schedule. Maintain a clean and organized kitting area. Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. from UPS or FedEx truck etc., Detail oriented when receiving Packing Slips and shipping documents. Organize material, verifying quantities, lot tracking, receiving material into Syteline and shelving the material using FIFO guidelines. Communicate to various groups and individuals when packages have arrived. Problem solving issues with shipments. Labelling and stocking the shelves according to FIFO guidelines. Filling Job Order shorts from the Short Board. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Maintain accurate stock levels Report low inventory or shortages Help with stock rotation and material traceability Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Qualifications Previous stockroom experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail . Good organizational skills Basic computer skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
