We employ customer-driven individuals that are dedicated to enhancing our warm and inviting farm-fresh shopping experience. Who are we looking for? Wilson Farm is seeking a Produce Sales Associate for our highly regarded Produce Department. This is a full-time position and this position starts at $18.00/hr. This position is for the closing shift

10 am
7:30/7:45.

Responsibilities Assist customers both in person and by phone with questions and selecting products Stocking, rotating and replenishing shelves with appropriate products as needed General clean up, organizing of produce floor area to maintain neat appearance Other related tasks as assigned by department Managers or Owner Experience/Qualifications Prior Produce experience required (Whole Foods, Roche Brothers, Market Basket or independent grocery) Must be polite with outstanding customer service skills and excellent communication skills in person or by phone

reliable transportation Work Schedule Full-time (50 hours/week) Schedule will be for the closing shift

close Holiday periods will require more hours and flexibility in schedule (which is greatly appreciated) to meet business needs.
