A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Job Description
- Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
- Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
- Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
- Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
- Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
- Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
- Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Together as a team We're the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people.
- 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment. Requirements
Physical Demands:
Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (up to 50lbs)- Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.
