Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for pulling, organizing, and stocking merchandise to ensure a well-maintained and organized store environment. Your role will involve heavy lifting, customer service, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Duties:

• Sort, organize, and stock merchandise on shelves and in designated areas
• Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced
• Monitor inventory levels and stock merchandise when needed
• Assist customers with locating products and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including aisles, shelves, and storage areas
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling merchandise and equipment

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods Qualifications
