Electronics Manufacturing Job Summary Seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Westborough, MA. In this role, you will accurately transact and physically move raw materials, maintain inventory integrity within the stockroom, prepare electronic components, and deliver kits/materials directly to production lines to support manufacturing schedules.

This position will initially focus on job picking and inventory control, with additional cross-training in related stockroom functions once proficiency is established. Key Responsibilities

• Focus initially on job picking, pulling accurate material kits across a large variety of SKUs, and maintaining strict inventory control.
• Adhere strictly to all Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling protocols and printed circuit board handling guidelines.
• Handle Moisture Sensitive Devices (MSD) according to specific moisture sensitivity levels (MSL).
• Follow process sheets and revision notes to verify correct builds and proper product configurations.
• Verify part numbers against SMT program load lists, kit sheets, and pick lists.
• Utilize digital volt multimeters (DVM) to verify component values and record data onto load sheets.
• Load and unload surface mount feeders using machine load lists.
• Operate reel counters during teardown and return count-back processes to the stockroom.
• Generate inventory labels and complete required documentation, including pick sheets, travelers, inventory control cards, and receipts.
• Fill production floor shortages and issue materials/tools to assembly lines.
• Work with miniature and large electronic components, utilizing visual magnification equipment as needed.
• Use hand tools and prep equipment (cutters, pliers, rulers, hand-formers) for component preparation.
• Support regular cycle counts, physical inventory tracking, and input daily inventory transactions into the ERP/inventory system.
• Assist receiving and shipping departments as required, while adhering to 6S workplace organization and ISO quality management standards. Qualifications & Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Willing to train! Prior stockroom, kitting, or material handling experience in an electronics or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment handling numerous SKUs.
• Basic computer literacy for entering inventory transactions and generating barcode labels.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret kit sheets, cycle count documentation, and basic assembly work instructions over time.
