Job Description

Job Summary The Operations Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Product Lifecycle Manager with all aspects of daily material handling in a retail branch location. The Operations Associate will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with the goals of our sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams. This is a full time position working 5, 8-hour shifts per week. Shift time is currently 5:00AM - 1:30PM. Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks Communicate effectively with the Merchandising and Inventory teams to sufficiently stock products in correct merchandising locations within the branch Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address any operational issues Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store
