The Inventory & Stockroom Clerk supports daily stockroom and inventory operations within an electronics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and shipping of materials, components, assemblies, and finished goods while ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with company procedures, and adherence to quality, safety, and ESD control standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and issue components to production orders accurately and timely. Receive incoming materials, components, and equipment; verify quantities and inspect for damage or discrepancies. Assist with perpetual inventory and cycle count activities. Perform packaging and labeling functions using appropriate materials. Process material receipts in the ERP/MRP system and label items in accordance with internal standards. Place in stock all material turned over from receiving, incoming inspection, and manufacturing. Store, organize, and maintain cleanliness of inventory areas, including ESD-sensitive components. Disburse materials based on properly executed stock requisitions. Maintain the ability to quickly locate material within the stockroom. Verify items to be shipped for conformance and condition; prepare finished goods shipments per customer, carrier, and company requirements. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading deliveries. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks in accordance with safety requirements. Maintain adherence to quality, safety, ESD, FOD prevention, and lean/5S principles. Perform microscope work and micro-component handling as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Minimum 4 years of stockroom or inventory management experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing. Experience working with inventory or ERP systems. Basic understanding of electronic components and ESD handling preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use light ladders. Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills ISO quality system experience preferred. Shipping/receiving experience; familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and LTL logistics. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
