Job Description

Night Crew Grocery Clerk - Mainely Provisions Bethel Overnight Shifts | 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Four 10-Hour Shifts/Week Own the store after hours. Join our Night Crew at Mainely Provisions Bethel and help us keep the shelves stocked, the store spotless, and everything ready to go for the next day's customers — all while the rest of the town sleeps. The Schedule Four 10-hour overnight shifts per week, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights are required Your fourth shift is flexible — let's talk about what works for you If you're a night owl, juggling daytime commitments (school, kids, a second job), or just prefer working when things are calm and quiet, this role is built for that lifestyle. Why you'll love working with us Work independently and get things done without the daytime rush — just you, your crew, and a job well done. Be part of a team that values fresh, local, organic, and trusted brands — we pride ourselves on a full-service experience that includes custom-cut meats, fresh produce, bakery goods, and more. A steady, predictable schedule — same three nights every week, plus one flexible night to fit your life. Join a friendly, community-oriented store where customers know us and we know them. Take pride in making the store shine before the doors open each morning. What you'll do Stock and restock shelves overnight so displays are full and neat for morning customers. Rotate product and check dates — oldest to the front, always fresh up front. Set up in-store displays and get the store presentation-ready for the day ahead. Keep the store clean and organized from top to bottom. Work collaboratively with your overnight crew, treating each other with fairness and respect. Lend a hand wherever needed to keep the night running smoothly. What we're looking for Someone comfortable with — or looking for — an overnight schedule. A self-starter who takes pride in a clean, well-organized store, even without a lot of daytime oversight. A team player who's dependable and shows up ready to work. Basic communication skills; comfortable working both independently and with a small crew. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but the right attitude matters more. Requirements Reliable availability Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights, 8:00 PM-6:00 AM. Ability to work a 10-hour overnight shift, including some standing, lifting, and physical activity. Willingness to discuss and commit to a consistent 4th shift.
