Job Description:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with daily operations of the store. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for training, managing, and developing employees and customers in a fun environment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, opening store hours, and providing outstanding customer service. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment and interacting with customers regularly.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience required; 2+ years preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)and move 50+ lbs. regularly throughout the day Must be able to stand for extended periods of time; must have strong physical coordination Must be able to pass pre-employment background check screening and drug test A&B liquor Store is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
