Produce Clerk

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Produce Clerk to join our team. This role plays an important part in maintaining a fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing produce department while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Stock rotate, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the day Ensure product quality by removing damaged or outdated items Assist customers with product selection, questions, and special requests Unload deliveries, properly storing product in coolers and backroom areas Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the department Follow proper food safety and handling procedures Assist with trimming, crisping, and prepping produce as needed Work as part of a team to keep the department running efficiently Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Friendly, customer-focused attitude Reliable and punctual Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work in cooler temperatures for short periods of time Schedule Requirements Approximately 28-30 hours per week Daytime availability required Weekend availability is a must We're more than just a grocery store--we're a part of the community.
