We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Stocking Team Associate to help keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for customers. This position plays an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping shelves and displays organized, and ensuring merchandise moves efficiently from the backroom to the sales floor. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, stage, and stock merchandise throughout the facility. Stock and rotate products while removing damaged or outdated merchandise. Maintain accurate inventory by picking and binning merchandise, completing inventory audits, and correcting inventory or shelf discrepancies. Organize and maintain the backroom to ensure it is clean, safe, and ready for incoming freight. Set up and maintain merchandise displays, signage, pricing, and product presentation. Zone and organize assigned areas to keep merchandise neat, accessible, and easy for customers to shop. Process claims, returns, damaged merchandise, and other inventory exceptions. Safely operate equipment and follow established safety and operating procedures. Assist customers by locating merchandise, answering questions, and helping with purchasing decisions. Provide friendly, helpful service and maintain a safe shopping environment. Work collaboratively with team members and management to complete daily priorities and meet deadlines. Follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and expectations for ethical conduct. Complete required paperwork, logs, and other documentation. Perform additional job-related responsibilities as needed.
