Morgan Composting Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Retail Store Representative to join our team in Evart, MI! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-store, providing knowledgeable product recommendations and exceptional customer service Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail floor and product displays Educate customers on composting products, soil amendments, and sustainable gardening solutions Receive, stock, and inventory incoming merchandise and bulk products Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Support promotional events, seasonal sales, and marketing initiatives in-store

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor Interest or background in agriculture, gardening, composting, or sustainability is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including stocking and organizing inventory Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule including weekends as needed Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions and inventory
