Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and well-stocked shelves, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a smooth flow of products throughout the warehouse or retail environment. Your proactive approach will help enhance customer satisfaction, optimize stock management, and support overall store operations. Duties Receive, unload, and properly store incoming shipments using RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory control and management records Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy Assist with product merchandising, packaging, and labeling to promote a clean and appealing shopping environment Support shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse or retail space by performing routine cleaning tasks Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about product locations or stock availability Requirements Prior warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks while practicing safe lifting procedures Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and managing inventory quantities accurately Knowledge of retail sales processes, grocery store operations, or merchandising practices is beneficial Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards at all times Join us in creating an engaging shopping experience by ensuring our products are well-stocked, organized, and accessible.
