About iDrive Auto Parts iDrive Auto Parts is a fast-growing automotive recycling company committed to quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Auto Parts Stock Person to join our production and inventory team. Position Overview This is a full-time, physically demanding position performed primarily outdoors, with some duties inside our warehouse and production areas . You will be responsible for inspecting, photographing, handling, organizing, and stocking automotive parts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and takes pride in completing tasks safely and accurately. Key Responsibilities Safely lift, move, and stock automotive body parts, including doors, tailgates, bumpers, fenders, and hoods Prepare, wrap, strap, and secure engines, transmissions, and other drivetrain components for storage or shipment Inspect parts for damage, quality, and accuracy before placing them into inventory Take clear and accurate photographs of parts before shelving Scan and assign parts to the correct inventory locations Restock and organize parts in designated indoor and outdoor storage areas Handle parts carefully to prevent avoidable damage Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Report damaged parts, incorrect information, and inventory discrepancies to management Work closely with production and inventory team members to maintain an efficient workflow Assist with process improvements that increase safety, accuracy, and productivity Follow all company safety procedures and equipment-handling requirements Requirements Comfortable working primarily outdoors throughout the year , including during hot, cold, rainy, and snowy conditions Comfortable performing some duties inside warehouse and production areas Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move items weighing up to 60 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Automotive parts, inventory, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required Forklift or material-handling experience is a plus Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overtime may be available or required depending on business needs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent, full-time weekday schedule Health benefits On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Stable employment with a growing company Supportive, team-focused work environment Important This position involves a combination of indoor and outdoor duties, but most of the work is performed outdoors .
