Job Description

Experience & Qualifications Age Requirement:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Equipment Operation:
Previous experience operating a forklift is required .
Warehouse Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or high-volume inventory environment is preferred.
Inventory Knowledge:
Proven familiarity with handling, tracking, and managing large volumes of product.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Load-Out:
Assist customers by safely and efficiently loading purchased products into their vehicles.
Inventory Management:
Monitor, track, and maintain accurate in-store inventory levels; assist with routine stock counts.
Merchandising:
Ensure store shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly faced to maintain a visually appealing retail environment.
Receiving & Logistics:
Oversee the check-in process for incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against order manifests.
Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Skills & Physical Requirements Operational Skills:
Strong organizational abilities with a knack for independent problem-solving.
Product Knowledge:
Ability to quickly learn and develop a deep familiarity with our product catalog.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and work in varying temperature conditions (hot or cold environments) for extended periods.
Physical Capability:
Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 lbs. to waist height.
