As a Wholesale Nursery Stock Associate , you will keep the perennial and shrub sections of our wholesale yard well stocked with plant material. You'll identify areas of the nursery that need replenishment and transport products from our nursery fields to ensure inventory is organized, accessible, and ready to fulfill orders. No experience? We're happy to train the right candidate! This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule (6:45am-4:30pm) possible Saturdays (7a-12p) during our Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons, along with competitive pay, a supportive team environment, opportunities for growth, and an employee discount. Core Responsibilities:

Accurately gather plant material and related products to fulfill nursery and garden center orders Safely operate a golf cart and small farm tractor Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies Develop and apply knowledge of plant materials (training provided) Assist with loading semi-trailers and other outgoing shipments Education and/or

Work Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Candidates must be 18+ years of age Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid decision-making ability Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs regularly and be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
