We're looking for a dependable and motivated Stock Associate to join our team in St. Louis. About the Role As a Stock Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring merchandise is received, organized, stocked, and readily available for customers. Your efforts will help maintain smooth store operations and support an excellent shopping experience. What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise organization Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to company standards Identify and report damaged, misplaced, or missing merchandise Store Operations & Team Support Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockrooms and storage areas Assist with merchandising displays, promotions, and seasonal setups Replenish merchandise throughout the day to ensure product availability Move, arrange, and organize inventory throughout the store as needed Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and customer needs General Responsibilities Follow company safety procedures and stock-handling guidelines Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation Operate stock-handling equipment safely when trained and authorized Adapt to changing priorities and business needs throughout each shift What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in stocking, warehouse operations, retail, inventory management, logistics, or stockroom support is a plus but not required.
