Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process shipments using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized according to merchandising standards Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records in real-time Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading merchandise safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas to promote safety and efficiency Support retail store activities by packaging products, replenishing stock, and preparing items for sale or shipment Operate warehouse equipment responsibly while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling protocols Communicate effectively with team members across departments in multiple languages if applicable Provide excellent customer service by ensuring product availability and assisting with product knowledge when needed Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, or warehouse operations is a plus Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar machinery is advantageous (certification preferred) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and safety procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices Basic math skills for inventory counts, retail math calculations, and cash handling (if applicable) Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Stock Associate and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service through efficient inventory management.
