Job Description
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Stock Associates in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment. As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring shelves are fully stocked, inventory is organized, and products are readily available for customers. About the Role You will be responsible for receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient stockroom and sales floor while supporting daily store operations. Key ResponsibilitiesStocking & Inventory Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments Stock shelves, racks, and displays accurately and efficiently Ensure proper product placement and pricing labels Replenish merchandise and rotate stock as needed Inventory & Organization Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and storage areas Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies Identify damaged, missing, or misplaced merchandise Follow safety procedures and inventory handling guidelines Store Support Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales floor Transport inventory between stockroom and display areas Support team members during busy periods Assist customers in locating products when needed What We're Looking For Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous stock, warehouse, or retail experience is a plus (not required) Schedule & Pay Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends Competitive pay based on experience Paid training provided What We Offer Supportive and team-oriented work environment Friendly workplace culture Opportunities for growth and career advancement Ongoing training and development programs Long-term employment opportunities Apply Today If you are organized, dependable, and enjoy working in an active retail environment, we encourage you to apply for the Stock Associate position in St. Louis, MO.
