Donation Clerk

In accordance with applicable policy and procedures, assists Ozark HealthCare's staff in the delivery of non-clinical services as directed by supervisory and staff personnel. High school diploma or equivalent High school diploma or equivalent Donation Processing & Customer Service Associate Inspect and prepare non-clothing items for sale Clean and sanitize items prior to packaging Collaborate with supervisors to creatively package donations for display Prepare items for supervisor inspection and pricing Sort and place items in designated baskets for sales floor distribution Notify supervisors when items are ready for placement on the floor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation processing area Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Help customers bring donated items into the store Thank donors and provide excellent customer service Offer tax receipts to all donors Support coworkers in the donation area and assist in other departments as needed Follow all department policies and procedures
