Description Total Workers?1 Temporary Fulltime position from?12-1-2026 to 3-31-2027 35?Hours/week? $13.46/ hour US worker? H-2A Adverse Housing Compensation Adjustment -$1.86?-- Wage for H-2A workers provided housing is $11.60 Feed and water livestock and monitor food and water supplies. Herd livestock to pastures for grazing or to scales, trucks, or other enclosures. Mark livestock to identify ownership and grade, using brands, tags, paint, or tattoos. Maintain heated watering system. Segregate animals according to weight, age, color, and physical condition. Move equipment or livestock from one location to another on the farm. Mix feed, additives, and medicines in prescribed portions. Shift animals between grazing areas to ensure that they have sufficient access to food. Perform duties related to livestock reproduction, such as breeding animals within appropriate timeframes, performing artificial inseminations, and helping with animal births. Patrol grazing lands on horseback or using all-terrain vehicles. Operate snow removal equipment in order to operate feed wagons. Drive to town for cattle supplies on occasion. Remove ice formed in water. Confine livestock in stalls. No CDL Required and nomercial truck driving required. The employer will make all deductions required by law, including federal, state, and local ie taxes (if applicable), and court-ordered deductions such as, but not limited to, child support or garnishments. Additional deductions may include stop-payment or check replacement fees, repayment of overpaid wages, and any other deductions authorized by the worker in writing. The employer will also make voluntary deductions authorized in writing in accordance with state law by the worker and may include, but are not limited to, ie tax withholding for H-2A workers upon request, retirement plan contributions, health insurance premiums, loan repayments, cash advances, long-distance telephone charges, data plan costs, and services like internet or cable. No minimum education requirement. Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must ad to strict biosecurity,pany policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuringpliance with health and safety regulations. Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operatingpany vehicles. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additionalpensation or benefits at the employers discretion. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, andply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules, as repeated absenteeism, failure to meet job expectations, misconduct, insubordination, or violations of safety protocols may result in termination. Referrals accepted from local Job Service, Word-of-mouth, gate hires etc. Order holding office to refer applicants. Office hrs 8-5pm MT time, Mon-Fri, at (406) 939-5994. The actual employment offer is at the sole discretion of the employer. Referrals will be accepted from the State Workforce Agencies (SWAs), directly from applicants, walk-ins, gate hires, and from other sources. SWAs should thoroughly familiarize each applicant with the job specifications and terms and conditions of employment before a referral is made. Workers must meet all of the following criteria

Are able, willing and qualified to perform the work. Worker must possess documentationrequired to enable employer toply with the employment verification requirements of IRCA. Accuratepletion of Form I-9 will be required of each worker within (3) days of employment pursuant to U.S. Law. Employer will abide by the requirements and assurances of 20 CFR 653.501 in the processing and/or hiring of individuals referred through the clearance system. In view of the statutorily established basic function of the Employment Service (ES) as a no-fee labor exchange that is as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) nor the State Workforce Agencies (SWA) are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers.
