Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cashier, Sales Associate, and Stocker — a vibrant role where you'll be the friendly face customers see first! Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately Assist customers with product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Maintain well-stocked shelves through effective merchandising and stock replenishment Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and retail math calculations Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Engage in product knowledge sharing to inform customers about features and benefits of items Requirements Previous experience with POS systems and cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs Proven supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for retail math and cash handling tasks Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail sales environments is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices is beneficial This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
