Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dairy Frozen Management professional to oversee our frozen dairy product operations within our warehouse and retail environments. This role involves managing inventory, ensuring proper handling and storage of frozen dairy items, and maintaining efficient warehouse procedures. Duties Manage inventory control processes for frozen dairy products, including stock levels, rotations, and replenishment Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently Load and unload shipments accurately while adhering to safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety standards Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against purchase orders Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves and ensuring proper product placement in retail settings Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues promptly Utilize inventory management systems to track product movement and ensure stock accuracy Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product availability or store needs Collaborate with team members across departments to optimize warehouse operations Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Strong inventory control and management skills within a warehouse environment Experience with produce handling, packaging, shipping & receiving processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting techniques Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication in diverse teams Retail store experience or grocery store background is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation accuracy Effective communication skills for team collaboration and customer interactions Knowledge of merchandising standards and retail product knowledge Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence This role is vital in ensuring the seamless operation of our frozen dairy product segment.
