Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safe lifting practices. Stock shelves with produce, retail products, and grocery items, ensuring proper merchandising standards are met. Maintain the cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor by performing routine cleaning and organization tasks. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading merchandise efficiently. Support inventory management through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service by answering product questions and helping customers locate items when needed. Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklift operation is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience with grocery or produce departments is beneficial but not required.
