Position Overview:

Consistently provide a high level of customer service meeting the needs of the customer as well as the location. Assist in the daily operations of the department. Has or acquires the knowledge to efficiently complete the daily procedures needed for departmental success. Stocks, prepares, packages, and maintains product for specific areas for retail sales. Assist Supervisors when requested and/or required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Works in assigned department 2. Stocks assigned areas with available product, minimizing empty shelf space and shrink

• Face accurately and neatly to maximize sales 3.

Rotate stock to ensure freshest products are available and to inspect for quality and out of date products 4. Recognize the customers' needs and take the initiative to react accordingly 5. Maintain extensive product knowledge 6. Exhibit teamwork by being flexible and dependable meeting the location and department needs 7. Knowledge of money buying and deposit procedure, assisting as needed or requested (Front End and Service Desk specific) 8. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience and Attributes:

1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Ability to represent the Co-op in a positive manner 3. Ability to multi-task 4. Proficiency in

ECRS POS

system and processes 5. Set an excellent example for new employees 6. Proficiency in use of computer software, Office 365, Excel and Word 7. Successful completion of Co-op customer service training 8. Serve Safe certification acquired as needed 9. Excellent follow through

Attendance Requirements:
