Kellerhaus is the oldest manufacturer of chocolates and ice cream in the state of New Hampshire. Established in 1906, we have become a family tradition in the Lakes Region. Join the Kellerhaus Team to assist our manager of the candy department, maintaining great customer service, and keeping the department well stocked and clean. Weekend and night shifts required. Full time all year around position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in packaging of candy products. Monitor product quality and ensure all items meet company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Help manage inventory by tracking stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs. Assist with receiving shipments and stocking ingredients and supplies. Support customer service by answering questions and providing product information. Prepare displays and ensure products are attractively presented. Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, labeling, and reporting as needed. Follow all safety, food handling, and sanitation guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred 0-2 years of experience in retail or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Passion for candy and delivering great customer experiences.
