Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser - Digital to join our Digital team. This role will play a critical part in supporting eCommerce growth across key marketplace accounts such as Nordstrom, Macy's, and TikTok Shop, and ensuring successful execution of online merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for the apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to implement product assortment plans and execute online retail strategies, including product setup, updates, and pricing accuracy Create, launch, and maintain product listings while managing inventory levels and resolving stock issues Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, including coordinating discounts, product updates, and site merchandising assets (landing pages, banners) Optimize product presentation and content to drive conversion and enhance the customer experience Monitor and analyze site performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales) and identify opportunities for growth Partner cross-functionally to implement enhancements that improve user experience and drive revenue Translate data into insights and provide regular updates to stakeholders on business performance Adhere to project timelines, calendars, and key deadlines

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or retail Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Amazon experience a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience in fashion or apparel industry preferred
