Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stocker to join our retail team! In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth flow of merchandise, maintain organized store displays, and support overall store operations. Your energy and organizational skills will help create an inviting shopping environment for customers while supporting store management in achieving sales goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail expertise, especially in merchandising, inventory control, and customer service. Duties Stock shelves efficiently by receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and organizing products according to planograms and visual design standards Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and inventory management procedures Assist with store merchandising efforts by setting up displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance visual appeal Support remodeling and interior design projects by preparing spaces and ensuring displays align with branding guidelines Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, helping locate products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions including cash handling and pricing accuracy Keep the store clean, organized, and safe by adhering to cleaning protocols and safety standards Skills Proven supervising experience in retail or related environments with leadership capabilities Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design and merchandising layouts Strong understanding of marketing principles to support branding initiatives and promotional activities Multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases Knowledge of schematics, planograms, and merchandising strategies for optimal product placement Experience in store management, training & development, and team leadership Excellent communication skills paired with organizational skills for efficient stock control and inventory management Familiarity with remodeling projects, interior design concepts, retail math, pricing strategies, and sales techniques Ability to handle POS systems accurately along with cash handling responsibilities Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Administrative experience including record keeping, stock reporting, and inventory control procedures Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
