Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong customer-first mindset supported by positive attitude and interpersonal skills. Proven reliability and accountability with consistent attendance. Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, outdoor environments, including all weather conditions. Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills. Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly, complete training, and consistently align with company values. Prior shift leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
