A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Pay On-Demand :

Week starts on Saturday and ends on Friday- payday is Friday.
Overnight Differential :
Earn an additional .75¢ per hour between the hours of 10pm-6am.Benefits:

Take the lead and make things happen —train new team members, delegate with confidence, and keep the shift running smoothly from start to finish. Run a tight ship— handle cash, paperwork, and reporting with accuracy while staying locked in on safety and loss prevention. Keep the store shining —maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming space inside and out, from restrooms to fuel islands to the parking lot. Own the fuel zone —knock out daily checklists, keep equipment in top shape, and ensure displays, inventory, and compliance are always on point. Stay in the know and in the game —attend meetings, keep up with policies, and communicate clearly with leadership. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong customer-first mindset supported by positive attitude and interpersonal skills. Proven reliability and accountability with consistent attendance. Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, outdoor environments, including all weather conditions. Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills. Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly, complete training, and consistently align with company values. Prior shift leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
