Serve food and restock counters/steam tables; clean and maintain dining areas Balance cash drawer, verify starting cash, total daily funds, and prepare bank deposits Safeguard shop merchandise and process sales transactions, including handling cash, Stock and organize products and supplies; maintain a clean, sanitary coffee bar and cart Estimate food needs and follow temperature and food safety guidelines Track inventory and request supplies or equipment; rotate stock and store food properly Operate a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season and knead foods for cooking, serving and storingWhat You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED required 1 year of related work experience, with prior cooking experience strongly preferred Strong communication and time management skills Benefits Available toEligible Employees:
